Job Description
A Hotel Manager / Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, staff efficiency, and profitability.
- Daily Operations Management
- Work as the property head and responsible for the complete operations of the hotel assigned
- Supervise all departments (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the hotel
- Monitor occupancy rates and room availability
- Guest Experience & Service Quality
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues quickly
- Maintain positive guest relations and reviews
- People Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise employees
- Schedule shifts and manage workforce productivity
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Financial Management
- Prepare budgets and control operational costs
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Approve expenditures and manage inventory
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with local laws, health, and safety regulations
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Conduct regular inspections
- Vendor & Inventory Management
- Manage suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Ensure timely availability of supplies and equipment

Qualifications & Experience

- 3–5 years (Operations Manager)
- 7–10+ years (Hotel Manager/GM)
- Experience in hotel departments is highly valued
- Willing to work in different locations
