Functions as the strategic business leader of property operations. Areas of responsibility include Front Office, Business Centre, Recreation/Fitness Centre, Housekeeping, Security / Loss Prevention, Engineering & property maintenance, Food and Beverage/Culinary and Event Management, where applicable. Position works with direct reports (HODs) to develop and implement the operations strategy and ensure implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives.

The position ensures operations meet the brand’s target customer needs, ensures employee satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues, and maximizes financial performance. As a leader, develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and property employees, while providing a return on investment.

Candidates with a well-rounded personality and luxury DNA, who will take full responsibility for the overall customer experience and profitability of the hotel, will be the right fit. The position reports directly to the VP - Operations of BluSalzz Hospitality.

• Possess a strong personality, a proactive "can-do" attitude, and pleasant mannerisms

• Be fluent in English (both spoken and written) as well as the local language

• Have around 15–20 years of luxury hotel experience with at least 5 years in a leadership position
