A visionary hospitality leader with 40+ years of global experience, Robert has directed operations for 145 hotels worldwide, including senior roles with Sheraton, Radisson, Le Méridien, Le Royal, HMC and the CCA Group. Passionate about driving service excellence and building high-performing teams, he served as VP Operations & HR at Le Méridien and has lectured at the Glion Institute, London. His expertise spans hotel pre-openings, leadership training, organizational development, strategic planning, golf resorts and QSR operations, solidifying his reputation as a transformative hospitality leader.

With over 32 years of expertise, Mr Sanjay is a seasoned veteran who overlooked the operations of renowned brands like JW Marriott, Sheraton, Westin, and more. Now, leading BluSalzz, he continues to redefine excellence in hospitality, crafting experiences that linger long after the stay.

Gaurav, an experienced hospitality professional with a rich background at Marriott, Taj Hotels, and Starwood, now serves as COO at BluSalzz. His expertise spans revenue management, strategic marketing, and consumer experience, driving growth and excellence at every turn.

Daniela, a creative and passionate culinary professional with 18 years of experience, is leading the culinary department at BluSalzz as Vice President of culinary. Her expertise exudes innovation, making every dish an experience to savour.

Chandni is a keen observer of details who believes in a result-oriented approach. She joined our brand during its inception and now leads people as Director of Growth Strategy, driving success with her sharp insights and passion for growth.

Archana, with a career spanning over three decades, has led brand operations at top hospitality groups like Hyatt, Starwood, and Marriott. Her expertise in pre-opening, strategy planning, and F&B operations has shaped multiple successful properties.

Francis, an experienced HR professional with 35 years in hospitality, has shaped talent strategies at leading brands like Marriott, Starwood, and Accor. A strategic leader in HR transformation, he excels in team management, cost optimisation, and innovative workforce initiatives.

Kanwal, an engineering graduate with over 32 years in hospitality, has led technical services at The Taj Group and Starwood Hotels. His expertise in operational efficiency and sustainable maintenance has shaped landmark properties like Sheraton Oman and Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi.

Om, a seasoned hotelier and finance professional with 19 years of experience, has worked with top brands like Taj, Westin, and Radisson. Known for his expertise in financial strategy, execution, and achieving results, he specialises in audit and control, financial analysis, and budgeting. Focused on driving financial performance, he continues to contribute to our brand's success.

John, a seasoned hospitality professional with 35 years of experience, has worked for brands like Leela, Crowne Plaza, Le Meridien, Sheraton, and Luxury Collection. His expertise spans revenue management, distribution, sales, and pre-openings, driving profitability and market growth.

With 16 years of experience in hospitality, Yogesh has excelled in Sales & Marketing and Front Office operations at brands like Hotel Leela, Hyatt, Pontha Resorts, and Oberoi Group. His expertise includes managing relationships, marketing communication, business development, administration, and sourcing for corporate travel, travel trade markets, and DMC business.

Debabrata, a graduate from Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland, is a hospitality professional with a strong background in Food & Beverage operations across renowned hotel chains, restaurants, cruise lines, and diplomatic services. Having served high-ranking dignitaries, including the President of India, he is known for his innovative approach to F&B and his ability to create memorable guest experiences.

Anshika began her journey in hospitality through industrial training with Taj Hotels and brings 4+ years of experience working closely with founders and leadership teams across startups spanning hospitality, FMCG, EdTech, entertainment and consumer platforms. Anshika holds an interdisciplinary academic background in Clinical Psychology, Entrepreneurship and Media Studies, combining strategic thinking with a deep understanding of culture, storytelling and consumer behaviour.

Ajit Thomas is a globally experienced Concept-to-Completion Specialist with over 20 luxury hotel projects delivered across 15 countries for leading hospitality brands including Hyatt, Four Seasons, Fairmont, Marriott, Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood, Hilton and Radisson. He was part of HITS – Hyatt International Technical Services, contributing to the development and delivery of several of Hyatt’s global properties.

He has subsequently served as Client’s Project Director and President – Projects, leading large-scale hospitality development initiatives. As COO & Acting CEO of Chris Garrod Global (CGG), London, he oversaw multiple hospitality and development projects across North America, Europe, the Middle East, South Asia and the Far East.

In 2019, Ajit founded Beetles Consulting, providing project control, technical services, property audits, property improvement plans, hospitality development advisory and end-to-end owner representation.

Beyond his hospitality work, Ajit is a practising regenerative farmer and sustainability entrepreneur, with initiatives including Jaivik Farms, WeGrowWood India and Vrikshlife Agrifarms. Through these ventures and his collaboration with Forest Creators, he has contributed to planting over 6 lakh trees across India.

His contributions have been recognised through the Vanashree Award (2023) from the Government of Maharashtra, the Achievers Award (2024) for Excellence in Contribution to Hospitality, and his inclusion among the “Legends of IHM Mumbai” by Times of India.
