15–20 years of luxury hotel experience with at least 5 years in leadership position
Operations Manager

3–5 years (for mid-level roles like Operations Manager) & 7–10+ years (for Hotel Manager/General Manager roles)
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA or hotel management certification preferred
Director - Food & Beverage

10–15 years of experience in hospitality F&B with a luxury DNA, 4 years experience in the food and beverage
High school diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or a related field
Front Office Manager

5–8 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in luxury hotels

5–7 years experience in hospitality HR

2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
