The applicable cancellation policy for each reservation will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and reiterated in the reservation confirmation. Guests are encouraged to review these terms carefully before finalising their reservation. Any cancellation made through the BluSalzz Hotels website must comply with the cancellation conditions applicable to the specific booking.

As a standard policy, cancellations of guaranteed reservations made within the stated cancellation period, or failure to arrive at the Hotel without prior notice (no-show), may result in cancellation charges. These charges may include room charges, applicable service fees, taxes, and any other charges permitted under prevailing laws and regulations. BluSalzz Hotels reserves the right to debit such charges from the credit card or debit card provided at the time of booking and/or stored in the guest’s account to secure the reservation. 

Reservations booked under special rate plans, promotional offers, advance purchase rates, or discounted products may be subject to separate or more restrictive cancellation conditions. Such conditions will be clearly stated on the respective offer or booking page. In the event of any inconsistency between the standard cancellation policy and the terms applicable to a special rate or promotional offer, the latter shall prevail.
